Summit Tractors Service Resources
All Summit Tractors carry the industry's longest full machine warranty of three years or 2,000 hours, a full year longer than that of any brand. The limited powertrain warranty is seven years or 3,000 hours.
Summit Tractors uses a multi-layered approach to product service. We utilize our network of Authorized Summit Tractors Service Dealers, plus our own technicians as the primary methods. As an industry unique approach and considering that many tractor owners prefer to handle their own service, Summit empowers them by providing access to an AI-based troubleshooting and problem resolution platform that saves the owner a trip to a service dealer. To be clear, we do not expect our customers to fix their own tractors, we are simply providing that option. We support an owner's "Right to Repair."

Summit’s retailers offer their customers a range of choices to make your purchase. Select store stocking, in-store special order and online from their websites. For special order and online purchases, you can have all equipment shipped to your local store location at no cost, or choose home/farm/jobsite delivery for a fee. The manufacturer of Summit brand tractors and owner of the Summit Tractors brand is International Tractors Limited (ITL). ITL is the world’s 5th largest tractor manufacturer, distributing its tractors to over 150 countries worldwide. With a workforce of over 5,500, including 400 engineers, ITL features the world’s largest integrated tractor factory, and is accredited with international certificates including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO TS 16949. Summit’s Tractors was founded in 2020 by its current CEO Doug Rehor, a long-time tractor industry and U.S. Air veteran from a new vision for how compact tractors and related equipment are designed, where they are sold, financed, and serviced. Summit brand tractors have always been manufactured by ITL. After Doug brought the brand to market, established its network of leading farm & ranch and home improvement retailers and the operations to manage it all, Summit Tractors and ITL joined forces to better serve its retailer customers and their tractor owners. Now, ITL is not only the manufacturer of Summit brand tractors, they are now also the owner and distributor of the Summit Tractors brand. Many other compact tractor brands are manufactured not by brand owner or distributor itself, but by a 3rd party tractor manufacturer. Not with Summit Tractors, we make our own tractors, and Summit’s founder remains its CEO, and the U.S. team continues to lead all commercial operations.
Our tractors are all Ready to go to Work™, with standard features such rear remotes, 3rd function valves, drawbars, tow hooks, skid-steer quick-attach self-leveling loaders, premium suspension seat, simple controls, a toolbox, enhanced lighting features and much more; all things that are typically available only as options elsewhere.
We believe that compact tractors should be available for sale at leading farm supply and home improvement retailer store locations, where tractor owners and prospective owners regularly shop for many related products.
