All Summit Tractors come with the industry’s longest full machine warranty of 3 years or 2,000 hours, a full year longer than that of any other compact tractor brand. The Mitsubishi powered drivetrain has a 7-year or 3,000 hours limited warranty. The backhoe and front-end loader warranty is two years, and other attachments & implements carry a one-year warranty.

A: Summit Tractors equipment is serviced through a network of authorized Summit Tractors Service centers. Summit establishes service partners in the areas where the equipment is used. As new owners come on board, Summit partners with service providers in those areas.

For those owners that like to service your own equipment, Summit provides each owner with access to all technical publications, a symptom-based AI troubleshooting and repair platform, and ready access to our service team via phone, text or email. We have found that most service issues are minor, and we like to give our owners the opportunity to save time and eliminate a trip to a service center by providing them with the people and information resources to quickly handle most repairs on the spot if our owners desire to use this quick and easy method.

You can get service & repair parts online whenever needed if not under warranty, and for any parts under warranty, Summit will send those to their owners at no cost and assist with the repair. Self-service is just an option, but many tractor owners have the skills and desire to handle certain repairs. For those owner's that like to perform their own maintenance, owner's will have access to useful tools such as the maintenance guide, which covers intervals, types of maintenance to perform and fluids, plus videos that show how to perform procedures such as the 50-hour service, and links to purchase filter kits.

To be clear, Summit Tractors does not expect its owners to fix their own tractors, they simply provide its owners with the option in the form of resources and guidance to assist. Many repairs are simple in nature, and Summit supports an owner's "Right to Repair." Summit's network of Authorized Parts & Service Centers is always there when needed, and if a service center is not yet in your area, Summit onboards a provider upon tractor registration after the purchase.

A: Summit Tractors manufactures its own tractors and front-end loaders in India at the world’s largest tractor factory, ISO certified in design and quality. New compact tractor buyers may not be aware that no tractor brand can claim “Made in USA” as nearly all are made in India, Korea and Japan. Summit brand backhoes are made in the U.S., as are the Goodyear tires & wheels and most attachments & implements.

A: All the equipment will arrive at your location in a single delivery in most cases. Most orders ship within 10 days, almost always within three weeks. Delivery time will be coordinated with you.
