All Summit Tractors carry the industry's longest full machine warranty of three years or 2,000 hours, a full year longer than that of any brand. The limited powertrain warranty is seven years or 3,000 hours.

Summit Tractors uses a multi-layered approach to product service. We utilize our network of Authorized Summit Tractors Service Dealers, plus our own technicians as the primary methods. As an industry unique approach and considering that many tractor owners prefer to handle their own service, Summit empowers them by providing access to an AI-based troubleshooting and problem resolution platform that saves the owner a trip to a service dealer. To be clear, we do not expect our customers to fix their own tractors, we are simply providing that option. We support an owner's "Right to Repair."
