This Privacy Policy applies to Summit Tractors and its Summit Connect app (the "App"), operated by Summit Tractors ("Summit Tractors," "we," "our," or "us"). The App is an owner resource center that provides tractor registration, warranty information, manuals, service resources, financing information, and product support to Summit Tractors owners and prospective customers.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use the App. This may include:

• Contact information — your first and last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Tractor details — the retailer you purchased from, your tractor model, serial number, and purchase or delivery date
• Purchase receipt — a photo of your purchase receipt, used solely to verify and activate your warranty
• Communication preferences — whether you opt in to receive product news, updates, and promotional communications from Summit Tractors

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial data through this App.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your device type and browser, solely to ensure the App functions correctly. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• To register your tractor and activate your Summit Tractors warranty
• To create and maintain your owner account so you can access manuals, service resources, and support
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer service
• To send you transactional communications related to your registration, warranty, or service
• To send you product news, new model announcements, offers, and updates — only if you have opted in to receive such communications
• To improve and maintain the App

We will never use your information for purposes that are inconsistent with what is described in this policy.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — We work with trusted service providers (such as our CRM platform) who process data on our behalf, under strict confidentiality agreements, solely to help us deliver our services to you
• Retailers — If you registered your tractor at a Summit Tractors retail partner location, we may share your registration confirmation with that retailer for the purpose of warranty service coordination
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process
• Business transfers — In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information would be transferred with appropriate notice

In all cases, any party receiving your data is bound to use it only for the purposes we specify.

Email Communications & Your Opt-In Choice

When you register through Summit Connect, you will have the option to opt in to receive product news, new model announcements, attachments and accessories information, seasonal tips, special offers, and other updates from Summit Tractors.

This is entirely your choice. Checking the opt-in box means you'd like to hear from us. Leaving it unchecked means we will only contact you for transactional purposes directly related to your registration, warranty, or service requests.

Please note: even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still contact you with important transactional messages related to your tractor registration, warranty status, or a service request you initiated.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your owner account is active, or as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with support services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you would like to request deletion of your account and personal data, please contact us at privacy@summittractors.com. We will confirm receipt and complete your request within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, warranty records).

Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously. We use industry-standard practices to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls limiting who within Summit Tractors can view your data, and reputable third-party platforms with their own strong security programs.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Children's Privacy

Summit Connect is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
